1. Belfast Tenancy

All vehicle rentals in Belfast are governed by a detailed Rental Agreement supplied at booking confirmation or when the vehicle is collected. The Rental Agreement sets out the applicable terms, conditions, insurance cover, fees, and your obligations for that rental. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail for that rental.

2. Belfast Eligibility

To rent a vehicle in Belfast, you must:

Be at least 21 years old (age restrictions may vary by vehicle type, with additional charges possible for drivers under 25). Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate to the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Rental Agreement and recognised at our Belfast branch. Provide valid identification and proof of address together with a payment card in the driver's name at the time of vehicle collection in Belfast.

3. Booking and Payment — Belfast

Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or in person at our Belfast location. A booking deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. 4. Vehicle Collection and Return — Belfast

8. Belfast Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by the law of Northern Ireland, Belfast Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law (Belfast)

These Terms are governed by Northern Ireland law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Northern Ireland courts.

10. Belfast Terms Update

Belfast may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Belfast website. Your continued use of Belfast's services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
